These are some pretty epic collections here! Most of them put mine to shame.

I don't really collect a set type of Pokémon goodies, but several Pikachu have fell into my possession:

Here's most of my other Pokémon things:

VIDEO GAMES

I traded for these Red and Ruby cartridges, but the labels were worn off, so I made new labels for them. I had owned these games previously with labels in-tact, but I gave them to my younger cousin, along with Yellow. I also used to have Gold and Sapphire Versions, as well as Pokémon Pinball RS, but I traded those away. I also had FireRed Version, but I let a friend borrow it and they lost it. I bought Pokémon Battle Revolution on eBay and it didn't come with the original case.

VIDEOS

The ones without cases were given to me. Charizard, Go, Wake Up, Snorlax, and Fighting Tournament, I think.

BOOKS

BOARD GAMES

I also have Pokémon Yahtzee Jr. (Ruby & Sapphire) and a poster-size Pokémon puzzle, but they're currently inaccessible (stuck in a drawer).

CARDS
tcg_zpsd6b0032d.jpg

Three full-size binders full of Pokémon cards (no doubles - alternate holos don't count as doubles; one of these contains only rare cards), plus a smaller 4-per page binder full of rare holographic cards, and a Zatch Bell spell-book full of rare holos and promos. You can see some of my favorite and rarer cards (as well as some of my custom-made cards) on my YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/AkiTheTanuki

STICKER CARDS

sticker3_zpsea2072e9.jpg

These cards came from quarter machines in grocery stores, Pizza Hut, K-mart, and Big Lots. Most of the ones from grocery stores were classic cards and folded to fit in plastic balls or eggs. The ones from Pizza Hut and K-mart were Neo-series cards and were flat. All of these are Japanese. Currently looking for more cards like this. If you have any that you're willing to trade, send me a PM.

MISC CARDS

Cards included with toys, candy, and videos. The Pokémon Snap Station cards were bought by my cousin at a card shop.

GOLD-PLATED CARDS

PLUSHIES, FIGURINES, & OTHER SMALL TOYS

The shiny Dunsparce all the way to the left was made for me by Orange-Shadows @deviantART. The crocheted one next to it as well as the Mew and Dunsparce all the way on the right were made by my mom. The rest are official.

The Pikachu gumball machine is filled with Pokémon marbles.

I have some more coins, like holographic Chansey, Vileplume, and Starmie, as well as some of the plastic coins from the ex-Series like Metagross, Gardevoir, and Flygon, but I can't quite find them at the moment. I also have the 3D coin from the 2nd Pokémon movie VHS.

There is also a Clefairy towel rack through the house somewhere and loads of Pokéballs.

Me like!

You have a lot of the older cards, but do you have any new cards?

I have some, but not very many. I prefer the looks of the older cards, so I don't buy them very often. I absolutely hate the BW foil and flavour text box. The only BW cards I really like are some of the Full-Arts (like Ho-oh EX and Bianca). I have a Full-Art Shaymin EX and Virizion, as well as a shiny Chandelure.

Wow, I love the diversity of your collection. I was especially impressed by your video game collection - I haven't seen a Pokemon Mini in a long time!

Nice collection! Just so you know the vending machine pokemon cards that look like Japanese cards are actually a widely-produced bootleg (probably made in China), that is actually is sticker card (and they dont stick very well). The give-away is the actually words and color is off, cards that were never holo are holo (and all kinds of crazy holo), and the bootleg sticker Japanese cards are smaller then legit TCG cards. Japanese and English TCG cards are always exactly the same size if legit, except for the Jumbo cards. They are neat though, and actually hard to find since they are still bootlegs. The sparkly aipom and mareep cards I do not recognize! Maybe someone else can share what they are or if they are legit or what.

OK thanks for the warning! Spray bottle upright only! LOL, never heard of it till now. I will look for it because it may help dusting figures.....and you can use it on plush? I dont want it to make my figures or plush stain, smell weird, or negatively affect the fabric or paint in any way.

I wouldn't try it.

Compressed air is good for dusting keyboards as well.

My dad found that in an old box of stuff he bought from someone, along with an old Game Boy Color bag. I only briefly played one of my friends' in elementary school. I was surprised at how similar it was to the PokéWalker, then I found out that that's exactly what the PokéWalker was based on. I was also happy to find out that it could connect to my Silver Version. :)

Thanks. :)

Yeah, I know they're bootlegs. I just think they look cool (dat foil). My Southern Islands Ledyba sticker has a Japanese Gym expansion set symbol and its number is listed as, if I remember right, Nidoran F's. I would love to have some more like these, especially some that I used to have, like Southern Islands Wartortle and Team Rocket's Squirtle (miniature 1" card).

I'm not sure where the sparkly Mareep and Aipom cards came from. Snacks? Cereal? Vending machines? The backs of the cards have a teal background with a shield-like shape with stars around it, early Sugimori Ho-oh artwork in front of it, and a "Pokémon 2000" logo on top. The Ho-oh artwork is lighter than usual (its talons are white) and doesn't have the watercolor texture like the original pic. It wouldn't surprise me if these are also unofficial, but it's hard to say for sure.

Can you post a close up photo of the front of the mareep card and then its back? I am curious now!

Sure, here ya go:

mareep.jpg

They're not different sizes. I just took two photos and merged them. I don't know why I didn't just take a picture of Mareep's front and Aipom's back at the same time...

I'm pretty sure they're unofficial, since I don't see any trademark symbols or copyright.

That is possible, ho-oh seems to have too many feathers. This may be foreign product (non-Japan, non-USA) so if it belonged to some sort of card game (like old maid not a TCG game), it could be legit as some other countries do not have the same trademark/copyright laws, or the toy/game companies there do not care about such marks as much as USA companies do. Then it becomes harder to tell which toys are legit and which are counterfiet. Maybe someone will recognize it. Very interesting at least!

When the machine used to seal packs sealed the pack with your Starmie in it, it pinched the top of the cards, giving the top a crumpled appearance. It's actually somewhat common to see cards like that through various TCGS.

Yo is the Ace spec supposed to be that thin on the left?

I swear it's a miscut even if by just that much. Something seems off.

Then again I can't remember the last time I pulled an Ace Spec so... I could totally be wrong.

Yeah, that's just a minor miscut.
