The EXs are considered ultra rares. The Full arts/Shinies are Secret rares.

Abv...can you seperate those by what was in box 1 and then what was in box 2? I am trying to make buying decisions.
I consider any FA/EX/shiny to be ultra rare. IF a card (shiny, BW pikachu, reprint charmander, etc) is number 110 out of 109, then I consider it to be secret rare. However, to me all secret rares are also ultra rares, since they are at least as hard to get as ultra rares. So to me the new shinies are both a secret rare and an ultra rare.
