You didn't specify much, so I made it an avatar. And, for some reason, my computer made the background black. I can redo that, if you like.

Muffins, your request is proving tougher than I thought. It's hard to find ominous-looking Pokemon art these days! >:O

Unfortunately, the transparency didn't come out. Well, get it on a white shirt, I guess. =P I can re-do the background color to something else, however, if you want. Overall, though, I think it turned out pretty well.

Sorry I took so long, it took a while for me to work up the courage to try rendering, my one fatal flaw. However, I think it worked out decently. The words "Blazing the Format" just didn't fit well anywhere, so I left them off. I hope you like it!
