I like your 1st and 4th deal, but I have some changes...
Aren't the promos like 1 dollar each? If so then I think you may want to limit that list a little more.
And as for the deoxys EX FA (which I do really want), I am only upgrading it. I will throw in a regular Deoxys and maybe some of the other exs/LV.X's/Primes that you wanted from that list.

I don't suppose you have a NVI Chandelure or any Chandelure in RH
If so, I would replace the Prof Letter with one of those instead

I have 1 NVI Chandelure and 1 NXD Chandelure.
I can do both if you'd be willing to do the LT Darkrai instead of the BWP one. I know it really isn't that big of a deal, but the 1 in my darkrai deck is the BWP one, and if I ever feel like putting in 2 I'd like for the 2 to be the same type.
Is that OK? PM me if you accept.
 
I already have DEX one so I don't need the LTR ones. But I want all promos for nats so no I couldn't do that. I'm still in for the keldeo and Chandys though

How about the Keldeo EX, Chandelures, and Prof's letter for the SR Archeops?
 
Yeah if you can throw in one of each with Charizard EX 12, Charmeleon, and a Kangaskhan EX, I'd gladly trade all those you listed.

Is there anyway you'd be willing to downgrade my normal Keldeo EX for the promo one an throw some small stuff in?

(Pretty much the original deal)
TBH I can live with it b/c I will most likely never use more then one. So if you agree then PM to confirm.

Sorry all of those deals are not worth a FA to me and I may be getting a dowsing machine soon anyways.

Shiny max potion is like 20 or 25 and jirachi ex FA is like 8 to 10 right?
 
Cobalion and Kanga FAs sit at $10 and $13 respectively. I see Char EX 12 for $18 and Kanga EX for $7. Also see the Charmeleon for maybe $3 given its condition. The other cards on the list probably total at $15 so if I could get some UR to even it, it should be fine. Maybe add a Darkrai EX LTR?
