All the different poses are quite interesting to look at; however, I have noticed that some areas around the body do need a few improvements since they seem a bit off. Keep up the good work!

Struggling to find something to draw, I made a brainstorm/to do list. I'd like to do everything from it but can't do them all at the same time. I will start to veer away from sketches, although I think they look good, I'd like to make so proper finished pieces.

The Honchcrow and the Weavile artwork is truly amazing. I don't know why but for some reason Weavile's left eye just seems slightly off to me.

While on the topic of Teams, I'm thinking about doing art in a Mystery Dungeon style (although they are just evolution lines of random Pokemon), stuff like: Scenery, Caves, Hub areas and different rescue team bases.
I dunno, if I do enough of it I might make a thread in fake creations or somethin'. :p

Quite impressed with the banners. The overall quality is amazing, but I would just work on a few things with the Electivire Banner. First of all, it is quite difficult to see Electivire's eyes. Even though the quality of the background is enhanced, the eyes are darkened with only a visible spec of red available. And it seems like you all ready found the error dealing with the text on the banner.

Your other pieces are great. I'll be looking forward to seeing your Mystery Dungeon style artworks.

Lineless stuff is looking good, still could be cleaned up a little, but nothing major. I like the badges, they look very nice and professional. The banners could still use some work, like the Magmortar could be blended a little bit to blend in with the rest of the banner, since parts of his shading look a little rough--and that's probably just because of the render. But looking back on how you started you have improved very much.

I also like the PMD idea, seems neat and I would be happy to see it in action.
