Not a single one of the "leaks" that I've seen match up with the information I have. I'm pretty sure the only true leakers out there right now are the one I have and possibly Hiro/Melkor's, though I've already talked to Melkor and their source hasn't revealed anything concrete to them beyond the Fairy type. Melkor also hinted to me that out of the information his source knows, his source stated that it matches up to what I have. (And for those of you trusting Hiro and him saying our information is wrong, I also found out Hiro knows nothing this generation. He's riding on the coattails of his previous reputation, hence why he hasn't released any information like we all know he would, and hence why he stated Sylveon would be Flying before he ever announced Fairy back in April). I also have NOT been able to figure out if Melkor/Hiro's source is actually mine and if they're just making it up this generation. Remember, my source originally posted some of his information back in February on a couple of forums when I refused to post any of it. It's possible Hiro saw some of that information like some other people did and that's when he announced the Fairy type. It also might explain why Melkor made a post against Hiro saying he accepts things too easily - perhaps Hiro was going off what our source posted. Who knows. Either way I know we have a legit person since he got the four English names correct, so whatever.

I posted about it earlier in this thread. The source originally stated in February that there is a professor who gives you a Kanto starter and then he told me the other day that the guy's name is Sycamore. So now we apparently have two professors.

Can someone explain how someone would get in trouble for leaking information? I understand if you work for the company they can sue/Fire you but if that person tells you and you tell another why would you get into trouble?
TPCi can't legally do anything to us for posting up bits of information about their game. What they can do, however, is go to our competitors and give them TCG exclusives or refuse to send us any press releases, etc. etc. (which they've been doing). So they can't really take legal action against us (especially when images aren't involved), but they can hurt our ability to get news, which is very important to this site especially.
I haven't told you guys yet since anything I say here I know TPCi is looking at, but I actually sent an e-mail to TPCi the other day asking them if there's a chance they would ever want to work with us. I haven't heard back from them, so I'm thinking their answer is a no. (Plus, this might not really even be their department now that I've been thinking about it - it may be more about Nintendo than them). I'm going to wait a little longer to see what happens and then I'll go from there.
