Completely disagree with authors take on Groudon EX and Durant. Groudon would have incredible in a truth based deck had he been released in ND and if Durant is so dead why did Nintendo print a direct counter card in the form of Heatmor in our next set?

RE: Tier List (Update: 7/31, yes, I'm updating it daily) People keep going on how everyone will be running catcher. However, nearly every deck will need to run switch in order to cope with it.

No removal gym didn't discourage players from running super/energy removal because discarding 2 cards isn't much of a penalty with Oak in the format.

The deck is nowhere near as good as it used to be because Palkia LvX is no longer in rotation. Even then it was unplayable because of power spray and Luxray. Currently Stage 1 variants are too fast for this deck to be successful and nothing in the upcoming sets are going to help it either.

Seems it will be a big help to Reshi/Zekrom mirror matches as it will make return KOs much easier. BTW eviolite will work a lot better with Donphan than rugged helmet.
