I've been using my MTC, and have been running into trouble with Darkrai.
Currently I run a vanilla MTC without Terrakion. Basically
4 Celebi
2 Mewtwo EX
2 Tornadus EX
2 Tornadus
1 Virizion
1 Shaymin
1 Shaymin EX
4 PONT
3 Juniper
2 N
4 Random Receiver
3 Catcher
3 Skyarrow

I'd like to ask about how Mewtwo should be used in decks with Eelektrik, specifically ZekEel and Eelzone.
Eelektrik decks typically have Zekrom BW which can hit for 120 already, so the question is how useful Mewtwo-EX is in these 2 decks.
1. Is it viable to charge it up with Eelektrik for...
A cross between MEZ and Eelzone. I wonder if it works.
Pokemon: 19
3-3 Eelektrik
3-2-2 Magnezone
2 Zekrom
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Cleffa
1 Thundurus
Energy: 12
9 Lightning
3 DCE
Trainer: 29
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Sage's Training
4 N
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Junk Arm
3 Pokemon Catcher
4 Pokemon...
Terrakion is such a nice counter to Magnezone and Zekrom-EX, that I'm considering running 2 of them in MTC.
Is it a good idea?
*Great now I'll have to buy 1 Mewtwo EX, 1 Regigigas EX, 1 Shaymin EX, 1 Celebi and 1 Terrakion...more money gone.*
Here's a deck that my friend made. It's just...amazing. One of the very few decks that consistently beat my MTC. Here's my go at it
Pokemon: 21
2 Reshiram
4-2-3 Typhlosion Prime
4-2-3 Magnezone Prime
1 Cleffa
Energy: 12
4 Lightning
7 Fire
1 Rescue
Trainer: 27

I need some advice finetuning this deck.
The way I am thinking of playing this deck, I want Thundurus starts for faster energy acceleration.
Pokemon (20)
4-2-3 Magnezone Prime
3-3 Eelektrik (2x 40hp 1x 30hp)
1 Thundurus
2 Zekrom
1 Cleffa
Energy (13)
13 Lightning Energy
Trainers (27)
4 Pokemon...
Thundurus or Zekrom? And how many of each?
Thundurus has built-in energy acceleration, and can hit 80 for 3 energy discarding only 1 energy. It also has 1 retreat cost while Zekrom has 2.
On the other hand, Zekrom can outrage, and has the magic 130 hp. It can also hit much harder, for 120...
I'm running Chandyplume, and I need some way of ensuring t2/3 Vileplumes to fight fast decks like ZPST and Six Corners.
Suggestions?
Also, are matchups against Magnezone unfavourable, even or fav?
This is my Gyarados build...

1 Regice LA
1 Combee SF
2 Crobat G PT

Energy: 6
3 Warp
3 Rescue
Trainers: 35
3 Bebe's Search
4 Pokemon Collector
2 Twins
1 Professor Oak's New Theory
1 Cynthia's...
What do you think is worth adding in, and how much?
1. Gengar Prime.
It may function as a Gyarados counter as well as hand disruption. It could also set up a Compound Pain spread. It's Catastrophe Poke-body isn't bad either, if you could get a kill with it (unlikely).
2. Rescue Energy.

Vilegar is recognized as a metagame deck. However, there are a few counters to it:
1. Umbreon UD. Nothing in the deck except for Haunters can hurt it. Something has to be included to deal with it.
2. Regice LA. It discards the trainers stuck in hand and blows away Spiritombs.
