MrSquarepants, I'm super happy knowing you enjoy them! I can totally relate with the less than honest sellers I've dealt with in the past. A few weeks ago I bought a new JPN Latias EX FA to replace my NM one. The seller had it listed as Mint, confirmed it was Mint when I contacted him, and it was even worse than the one I had! Although, to be fair, mine would have been considered Mint even by most standards.

MrSquarepants, Yea *definitely* file a dispute; eBay is VERY buyer friendly so you will hands down win a case. The seller knows this and is trying to get you to accept less than you deserve (a full refund).
