“Lost Origin” English Set List, Trainer Gallery, and More!

We now have the full English set list for Lost Origin!

The set has a total of 247 cards, including 21 secret rares and 30 cards in its Trainer Gallery.

Our set is primarily comprised of cards from the Japanese sets Dark Phantasm and Lost Abyss, with other cards coming from those cut from our own Astral Radiance set. Like Astral Radiance, many cards were also cut from Lost Origin, most of which will presumably release in our November set, Silver Tempest.

Hisuian Electrode V’s full art made the set, but its base rarity card was cut for the recently revealed Hisuian Electrode V Box, which releases on November 4th. Gallade V’s full art and Trainer Gallery card both made it into the set, but like Hisuian Electrode V, its base rarity version was cut. It will release in the Fall 2022 Tins.

Our Trainer Gallery pulls not just from the remaining VMAX Climax Character Rares, but new Character Rares from Dark Phantasma and Battle Region.

As posted before, the prerelease promos contained in the Lost Origin Build & Battle Box are Finneon (SWSH240), Gengar (SWSH241), Comfey (SWSH242), and Machamp (SWSH243).

Lost Origin marks the return of official prerelease events, the first since the shutdown of official events shortly after the release of Sword & Shield.

Lost Origin will hit store shelves on September 9th, which is a few weeks later than usual. It will become tournament-legal on September 23rd.
