Solgaleo is busted, really like the card a lot. It's easily splashable in existing Solgaleo/Rayquaza decks and you can potentially cut Rayquaza altogether. I can also see this teched into Metagross to solve it's fire matchup. As for it being the end of Gardevoir, it's too soon to say for sure...

Mewtwo has really forgettable attacks, apart from the excellent GX attack. Being able to hit 230 with a band and have no drawbacks is quite nice, as it allows it to one-shot common threats like Golisopod GX and Gardevoir GX. But the problem is that it's not really splashable in any deck right...

It would seem Pokebeach got the translation wrong for Black Kyurem EX, as nowhere on the 2nd attack does it mention not being able to use Freeze Bolt/Shock next turn, only that 'this pokemon cannot attack next turn'. I'd go with TPCi's translation for this one...

It may not be game changing, but it definitely has a place in the metagame now, being a good counter to Garchomp/Altaria with the first attack one-shotting so many things, and the second attack being a good answer to Rayquaza EX for eels.
