** All of the promo cards must be MINT. No less. These cards must be mint and I mean mint. I do not want scratches on the foil, one or two MINOR scratches are fine, but the foil must be very clean! I'm replacing old cards with perfect backs due to scratched foil... Also, the backs must be glossy, clean and edge wear free. A tiny corner nick is okay, but that's it. They must look close to pack fresh.
