Overall/Additional Comments: We finalized a small overseas trade three months ago at the time of writing this. At first, he said he would send out the following week after we finalized. Then he informed me he didn't have enough money to cover postage and he needed to save up for college. Postage should not have been more than $1-2 since he was sending me two cards, but I was patient and gave him time to sort things out. A month later, he still had not sent, and he told me his mother would pay for the postage and send out the following week. This was after I had consistently messaged him for updates on our trade. I never received his end despite being told his mother did in fact send out the cards. Additionally, he stopped responding to my messages and I never heard from him again. Regretfully, this "trader" wasted A LOT of my time.
