So here's what we have so far!

Type: Fighting / Electric

Ability:
PMJ said:
Clear Sky

Brief description: Nullifies weather conditions.

Detailed description: When this Pokemon enters the battle, if any weather condition (hail, sandstorm, rain, bright sun) is present, that condition is immediately and permanently removed from battle until another weather condition is manually brought into battle. This ability will still work even if a Pokemon with the Air Lock or Cloud Nine abilities is in play. In the event this Pokemon is brought into battle at the same time as a Pokemon that starts weather, the Pokemon with the lower Speed rating shall have priority.

Simply post ONE name and ONE Pokedex entry. Unlike last time, I will have five staff members vote on which will represent this CAP to speed up this process.

Boltboon (Bolt+Baboon)

Entry-
Boltboon, The shock ape pokemon.
It uses energy from the orb on It's back to charge It's electric type moves.
A Single spark of Electricity from this pokemon is enough to blast away even the harshest of weather.

Combolboon (combat+bolt+baboon)
Entry:
Combolboon, the Electro Monkey Pokemon.
The orb on it's back is able to release a powerful electric wave capable of nullifying any weather. It can throw strong, electrified punches.

Webolt (Weather+Bolt)
The Weather Monkey Pokemon
By creating a stong electrical chargeit can dispose of any weather. It has trained it self to be more defensive instead of offensive.

Zaprulla, the Calming Pokemon (zap + null + gorilla)

It can use the generator on its back to calm any kind of weather. They are commonly seen in areas threatened by natural disasters.

Voltrilla, the Shocking Gorilla Pokemon (I know it isn't exactly a gorilla, but it can work)

When Voltrilla gets upset, it begins to beat its breasts, which send off shocks of electricity that can cause severe damage to telephone lines.

Mandramo, the Dyamo Ape Pokémon. (Name derived from mandrill + dynamo.)

"The dynamo on Mandramo's back draws from the energy of the weather around it to power its attacks. Wherever Mandramo travel the weather is quickly drained away to nothing."

Thundrape, the Thunder Monkey Pokémon. (thunder + ape)
Thundrape's punches are charged by the weather, which it absorbs in its back. The strange machine on its back converts the weather energy into electricity which it charges its punches with.

Monkspark- Name from monkey and spark
The Electric Monkey Pokémon
It releases sudden bursts of lighting into the sky to change forecasts. When many Monkspark gather, they manipulate the forecast on a large scale as they please.

Simishock - (Simian + Shock)

Simishock, the electric ape Pokémon.

This wild Pokémon drains energy from the surrounding weather. During a storm, Simishock is known to directly absorb lightning bolts within a mile radius.

Fusilla (Fuse + Gorilla)
Overcharged Pokémon
They generate electricity by diverting lightning towards the storage tank on it's back.
They are known to be formidible in battle.

Wouldn't be able to trade that over the GTS.

Ameliorape (ameliorate + ape)

...wait no

Thundrill (thunder + mandrill)

The strong electric charge a Thundrill emits nullifies weather. The damage this inflicts on the plant life in their habitat has forced them into a carnivorous lifestyle.

Electro-Monk
Electromonk- Is the Finale Evolution of Sparkboon.
Likes to meditate and it stores electricity and it wrist when its done. As a herd they like to summon lighting but making it rain. By a cermonial Rain Dance

Tonitrilla (tonitrus + gorilla)
Pokedex entry: Being the distant ancestor of a unconfirmed Pokemon, it had a very thunderous temper from the relative. Tonitrilla are known to have weather out of view at all times when one is nearby.

Can I ask a question? Are the names and Pokedex entries going to be voted together, or are they going to be voted separately?

Together.

I'm actually going to close this tomorrow. Get any entries in now!

Primspar, the high voltage ape Pokémon. (Primate + Spark)

Pokedex Entry - The pack on its back contains chargers with high voltages, which absorbs electricity and is able to shoot them at high distances if in danger. Primspars are usually found roaming the open fields during storms.

Beastiolt (Beast+Bestial+Volt)

The dynamo on this Pokemon's back naturally absorbs any excess protons and electrons in the atmosphere, resulting in clear weather wherever it travels.
