Yay! I'm not the only one who misses it!

...but at this point, we already have Ultra Ball. When Ultra Ball came out, it instantly reached staple status, especially for decks like Darkrai or Eelektrik that utilize the discard.
This is why Master Ball will probably not see play. Ultra Ball does basically the same thing and doesn't waste your ACE SPEC slot - plus, you get to run multiples.

Although, I'd be lying if I didn't see this coming: Master Ball becoming an ACE SPEC that nabbed 1 Pokemon for free.
 
I will run it in like, Articuno Garbodor where it will be useful. Otherwise... NO.

But good to see I am not the only one who misses Luxury Ball.
 
I could see it being used in Empoleon or maybe Klinklang where you don't really want to discard too many cards, but even then Comp. Search and Dowsing Machine can work just as well if not better.
 
I have to test it over Scramble Switch in Articuno Garbodor (whenever we get Plasma Freeze so I can get Ghetsises) but I think it should be a welcome addition.
