Well its not so much a filler set that its just TPC releases 4 english main set in a year while japan will have 3 main sets and often cards released in other ways like structure decks and mini-sets.

My idea is Unhaunted or something similar to tie in with Halloween and the some of the ghostly Pokemon in the set.

While dont know this info, I should warn you that the format for jpn nats is different from woulds.

I'm not saying mew is the only attacker but you only need 6 pokemon in the lost zone to win and lets you start with mew then every mew after can use it when they come up and attack while gengar sets up again and you really have at most 8 hunter uses w/ vs seeker.

As far Gengar is concerned it also has Mew prime which once it send a Gengar prime to the lost zone it can use the attack and recover much quicker. Also, Gengar has a level x which can remove its number one counter every turn and while there is power spay it still present a considerable strain...

Don't get me wrong I dislike like it as well and they should avoid it in the future, but I think "jumping the shark" is a one way road we haven't gone down yet.

here try this seeing as there is supposed to be an Aggron in CatS and seeing as its not full line I could see them holding back Aron and Larion till HS set 4 and keeping the rare candy

The way I see it while these cards are over powered now, but it wouldn't take much to make card like this "pokebody: prevent all effects of attacks that allow your opponent to see your hand" so while theese cards may be over powered now they could be easily countered in the future and after time...

All I was trying to convey was that you can't compare apples and oranges. The penalty of an exta prize happens when there is a large rule vialation and the juge can only rectify it by adding the prize. The penalty ruling dose not prove or disprove with out any dout that a player should go over 6...

There is a big diffrence between going over 6 prizes by way of penalty and by an in game effect. It seem to me that this dose not leave clear path for the ruling, IMO.
