...you run 2 Hyper Psychic Blaster?
I know it's easier to go into it with E-Tele at 3 and Risebell, but I'd guess it's a tad situational to run 2, especially when you can just banish it with Cleric, go for a whatever, and get HPB back, or use Miracle Synchro Fusion with Brain Hazard.
EDIT: Oh gosh, just realized E-Tele is a quick play spell. With Xyz Encore, I just might have to make Quick Play Toolbox...
