I get that these are not supposed to be great, but what is the point of printing this Vaporeon? It's as if the designers wanted to create the worst Eeveelution card ever: horrible attacks that do almost no damage for terrible energy costs, and 3 retreat, like really...

you mean the cards? the GX will be SM Promos, the cards maybe on Team Up since Team Up is more on Gen 1.

The real highlight of Eevee GX is also the fact that it basically means you can have more then 4 Eevee’s in one deck.
