To no one’s surprise, Carmine’s Special Illustration Rare is the most expensive card in the set. This is typical of female characters with special artwork. Her brother Kieran is the #3 most expensive card. However, he’s beat out by Buddy-Buddy Poffin, which sees more usage in decks.

Dragapult ex’s Ultra Rare is the #4 most expensive card in the set because it’s expected to see a lot of play.

In terms of Illustration Rares, Tatsugiri is 10x more valuable than the cheapest Illustration Rare. This is probably due to its playability. It costs 300 yen. Chansey costs 100 yen, Dipplin and Froslass cost 50 yen, and the rest cost 30 yen.

In terms of non-secret rares:
Legacy Energy is the most valuable ACE SPEC at 700 yen. Scoop Up Cyclone costs 200 yen and Secret Box costs 50 yen.
Dragapult ex is the most valuable Double Rare ex, costing 900 yen. It costs more than some of the secret rares, again due to its playability. Teal Mask Ogerpon ex is the #2 Double Rare at 100 yen, probably due to collectors wanting it. The rest of the Pokemon ex cost between 10 and 50 yen.
