I honestly think we need to see more Ho-Oh builds. Darkrai Landorus is pretty self explanatory, and I feel like voting it would be lazy. Ho-Oh has a wide range of available uses, is flexible and easy to builda fun, creative deck with.

RE: Kyogre,archeops Never underestimate the power of Shaymin EX right now. If you plan on playing competitively (assuming you're NOT in the masters division) Shaymin will bludgeon stray water decks and could easily benefit from Prism Energy.

You just keep the Prism on there for the Energy cost you're not using. It helps when you can only Call into a hand full of Lightning or Fire and screw up your game.

In general you want to stay away from Vileplume, unless you're just playing for fun. It really has no merit and is, at best, a questionable card that can, and most likely will, loose you games. In theory it's okay to about average, but it just makes it easier for your opponent to play around.
