BW/BW2 Would you mind older Pokemon replacements?

^Yeah, it was confirmed that the entire Isshu Dex prior to the National Dex would have nothing to do with previous Pokemon. This might also cancel the Luvdisk Evo speculations.^

The Luvdisc Evo will most likely just be gotten after you beat the E4 or something.
