Want to buy a Gengar Prime

How cheap is "cheap"? I have one I'd be willing to sell if it's a good price.
 
I'm just trying to get one lower than retail or most ebay values so if you can offer I'll let you know.
 
Gengar Prime + Lost World for $38 shipped, $35 alone. I wanted to keep it but I now have no money for Black and White. =X
