Seems like a good stall card for its 300 HP as an alternative for wailord and magikarp tag-team against non lightining types, with the GX move being a built-in super scoop style healing move in standard. Don't see it being easy enough to set up in standard outside of that. As for actually powering it up to attack, you can easily use battle compressor and ultra ball to discard the three energy types and Ho-Oh EX in expanded, then Ninja Boy into the Tag-Team with 3 energies, attach one for the turn, and used the fully powered up 4 energy attack for OHKOs, and use the GX move to wipe non-gx mons off the board when it's health got low. Very simple combo to play it powered up, even on the first turn with all the draw options in Expanded. You can also access alternative Non-GX attackers including Primal Clash Huntail , Ho-Oh from Lost Thunder and Memories of Dawn Mew to copy the Birds Tag-Team's 210 damage attack with a 1 prize attacker.
