Ruling Shaymin EX and Pakia Dialga Legend

If I use

Attack Time Control, say 3 times, and they take all 6 of those Prizes. Then I use Shaymin EX's Revenge Blast, how much Damage would it do? 210 because they took 6 Prizes, or 0 because they still have 6 Prizes left?

First of all, just keep in mind that Revenge Blast can't do less than 30 damage, other factors notwithstanding

Second, the attack would do 210 damage. You are not counting remaining prize cards - you are counting how many that were actually taken. Time Control doesn't lessen the damage. It just gives you more ammo for later.

Just this morning, I just got a PM from Celebi23 that stated the following:

Hey, I asked this question on 'gym and got an official answer:

"It counts all the prizes that were taken."

I wasn't sure if you would want to add that in or not for confirmation, but I figured I might as well let you know since not all of you agreed on the answer.

This confirms the initial suspicion - it does count how many Prize cards were taken. Prizes taken and Prizes remaining are both parts of the game state, it appears.

(Dusknoir DP had an attack, Hard Feelings, that also counted Prizes taken.)
