Problem with Clicking Most Recent Page

Spoink!

When I click the highest numbered (most recent) page, at the top right of a thread, it sometimes says "The specified thread does not exist." Can anyone help me with this or fix this? I have a suspicion that it means the previous page is full, but it's still kind of annoying...

This could be asked in the simple questions thread, but to answer your question, it's a bug within MyBB. I've tried to fix it; I have it working at 50 posts per page as far as I know. You can either change the url to the previous page number or just click the arrow for go to new posts or the last post since those have always worked for me.

Actually, I still see the error at 50 posts per page. I've narrowed it down to it appearing 3-4 posts before a the new page actually starts.

It appears if there are a certain amount of deleted posts that the forum still registers and creates another page.

Try clearing cookies. That solved it for awhile on my computer.

All you have to do is go to the next most recent page.

But as it has already been mentioned, it happens where there are deleted posts in a thread.
