With a late push in the voting, this week's winning Community Decklist was Rayquaza/Eelektrik, a deck that revolves around Eelektrik's Ability: Dynamotor. By using this Ability, Eelektrik can power up attackers on the Bench with discarded Lightning Energy. With Dragon type attackers, the deck has very few Weaknesses to take advantage of but multiple Eelektrik must be set up throughout the game to keep up the pressure and acceleration. The deck has a lot of room for creativity with the attackers and can include some useful Trainers as well. After the conclusion of Battle Roads, Rayquaza/Eelektrik had the second most wins behind Darkrai/Hydreigon.

Sadface... Oh well. 3 Eeletrik NV. Not sure how you'd have an Eels deck without it.

Awww. I wanted Terra/Mewtwo/Garbo.
+2 Rayquaza DV - Great starter, and sigilyph counter.
+1 Catcher - no duh.

+1 Tynamo You need four!
+1 Rayquaza EX why run an amount where you can't draw into them?
+1 Fire Energy More fire, more fire, so much fire!

+3 N: Not much to explain about this but all decks need draw supporters, and in a format where we have very few to choose from N is definitely staple.

+1 N; as stated, it's a staple
+2 Switch; necessary to get an Eel out of the active. It's also nice to free retreat, Dynamotor to the previous Active, and then Switch back into the same attacker.

-1 Catcher (You won't end up with room for 4, and my testing shows you don't need all 4 as long as you play smart)
+3 Random Receiver MORE DRAW, This deck should have at least 13 draw imo.

-1 Random Receiver (2 is enough)

+1 Catcher (needs 4)
+2 Max Potion (Helaing damage for rayquaza EX and Raikou EX)

+3 Ultra Ball; solid search. I don't believe we have that yet.

Can only add two because two have already been added in previous posts above.
