I just made a thread about a deck using this card :)

Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).

The HP is good, the weakness is average (It could be a lot worse; just makes it an auto-loss to gyarados). The resistance is good; and the retreat cost is bad.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.

The pokebody is good in keeping it alive; and the attack is good for its cost. 80+10 is a magic number; with an expert belt, it OHKOs SP Lv. X's, and Gengar SF without triggering fainting spell.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?

Nidoqueen RR; to heal as well as give Nidoking more hp.
Nidoking RR; because you already run nidoking it's easier to setup, and makes it so that every time they attack your massive health, healing Nidoking they take 20 damage. Not much can survive a 20 hp hit plus the 80+poison from his attack, let alone if he has an expert belt.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?

As all stage 2 decks, setting up is a problem. This means that you will just need to run spiritomb. The retreat is a weak point, but then you run warp point/switch. The weakness is a downside, but Nidoqueen has a different weakness and is a good second attacker.

5. How's the artwork?

It's better than average. It's not perfect, but It's good - and it looks good as a holo as well.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

I give it a 2.5/5. I'm not going to kid myself; the card isn't competitively viable in a top tier deck, but if you get lucky with your setup you have the ability to stomp almost anything.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
The Hp value of Pokemon has gradually gone up, and Nidoking is no exception. 140 HP is top of the class for anything that isn't Prime, Legend, Lv. X, or Wailord. A weakness to thunder isn't that bad, but it will have to watch out for the occasional Feraligatr Prime deck. Thunder Resistance is a godsend that makes a non-belted Luxray GL lv. X almost do as much recoil as damage, but 3 retreat cost is poor. Then again, they could have made it four to match the attack cost.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Pheremone Stamina is extremely useful, making it an awesome tank that can easily shrug off 60 damage, and Poison Jab is useful because it deals 90 per turn. Belted, that does 110, KOing almost all stage 1 and lower Pokemon. It also can use a DCE to reduce setup.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Obviously Nidoqueen RR. It's ability can easily remove the lighter hits. I don't know if it stacks, but If it does, four Nidokings makes Its attacks useless. Also Spiritomb Ar can get that very slow strategy set up all the quicker.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Spirtomb AR screams USE ME!

5. How's the artwork?
I really like it. The only thing I dislike is it doesn't look angry enough, but it looks very battle-ready.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I say 3.5/5. With Proper setup, Nidoking has 240 hp, 110 damage for 3 energies and a party of waiting nurses on the bench. That will destroy.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Nidoking is a pretty bulky pokemon, and comes with a nice 140 hp, better than nidoking RR. Water Weakness will hurt, especially being x2. Gyarados autowins. Retreat is massive, but switch and warp point, or even warp energy will help.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
the Pokebody give this guy potential to be a tank. With plus 20 hp for each nidoqueen in play, and an expert belt, you maximum hp would be 240. That's bigger than Wailord!. I don't think there is a single card out there that could do 240 damage in one turn, except the jumbo promo of Zoroark and Legendary Pokemon, which does 1000 damage, but it is a promo. However, because it is a Stage 2 deck, this means that it is pretty slow, and you probably won't be able to get out all 4 Nidoqueen at the same time.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Combo it with Nidoqueen RR for healing, Nidoking RR to damage if attacked, and maybe Regirock LA with Stark Mountain to help get it set up faster.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
There is no way around the water weakness, i think, butt DGX completely destroys this deck as it shuts down bodys. No extra hp, no healing, and no extra damage via territoriality. Maybe you could tech in a Blaziken FB LV.X to handle that. or not.
5. How's the artwork?
Pretty neat, though not as good as others that I have seen. I like how it looks like Nidoking is looming at you. 3/5
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
This card has, IMO, been severely underrated. It has the potential to become a hard tank to beat, but it requires as ton of set up. I would wait till RR-on and see how it fares. If only it were steel type, then it would have the advantage of Special metal energy.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Hp is VERY high and can get even higher with the body. (Max. 200) is overwhelming. It's resistance is another GREAT factor as it stops lots of things, but the weakness however is a down side, although the other stuff repays for that. Retreat 3 is okay.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
It's attack and body is great. +20 for ever Nidoqueen, and if you use a 3-2-3 line of both genders in a deck, the females being from RR you can have 200 and recover 60 every time you get back to your turn if you have all 3 out. You can tech with a Garchomp LvX as long as it stays in, although that may be too many evo-lines.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
As I said, 3 Nidoqueen RR and a few DCE + Fighting energy = Mega Tank.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
To counter G-Dos or other water decks you could run a 1-1 or 2-1 of LuxGX and to counter the weakness you could run a warp point + a few switch/unown q.

5. How's the artwork?
Quite cool, but could be better. Got 1 and only thing that spoils it is the picture... grr. It's too purple. And water coloury.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
One of the best tanks in game, high HP, high attack 4/5

I agree with all of you, especially about the weakness. Another thing you have to consider is the HP. It's already extremely high, but with the help of water type pokmeon, it's going to go down quickly. So i suggest if I were to put this in a deck I would make it like this. It would be FIghtin/Grass. I would enclude some regen pokemon. Or a Fighting/Phycic deck that can move the damage counters to the opponents pokemon

@Ludicolo909
You only heal 20 a turn, bexcause you can only use one Maternal Comfort between turns. And the max hp is 240. 140+80(4 nidoqueen)+20(e'belt)=240
