Considering that we haven't gotten a Zygarde in the TCG yet, a Pokemon Z game is pretty much 100% in for 2015. While I can't predict what ORAS will have in terms of Megas, I am assuming that Pokemon Z will have new Megas specifically oriented around Generation 5 and 6.

I would not count on it.
A Pokemon game (or games) centered around Zygarde, possibly.
but in a recent interview Masuda said that because a "Pokemon Z" would be expected from fans due to past trends, he is wanting to do Someting different, to surprise us player like Black 2 and White 2

I seem to recall Masuda saying they went with BW2 instead of Gray because third versions were too obvious, but I don't remember anything directed toward Game Freak's plans in gen 6. Really, I expect a return to Kanto in 2015 as it is the 20th anniversary of Pokemon and that's kind of a big deal.

I really think that this poster is there just to confuse us all. Mega Gengar & Mega Gyarados were revealed only during the game so most chances are we will meet at least 2 more megas. ( Milotic and Linoone or something that is not Flygon because GF hates him ,JK)

Well. CoroCoro will most likely leak tomorrow , so I'm sure we will know then if there are any more mega pokemon.

If there are indeed more Megas, I might just share what I'm hoping to see some of the following in the next batch.

-Mega Flygon (Ground/Dragon: Tinted Lens or Adaptability could really help this guy gain a spot in higher tiers. I prefer the latter of the suggested Abilities, though, especially if it gets boosted Attack and Sp. Atk.)
-Mega Butterfree (Bug/Psychic: It would be fair if Butterfree got to Mega Evolve since Beedrill got one. That aside, I would love for it to gain Magic Guard.)
-Mega Mantine (Water/Flying: It should retain Swift Swim, but have a considerable Sp. Atk boost to gain a worthwhile Water Type on your team.)
-Mega Gothitelle (Psychic/Dark: Since it's supposedly now in OU, a Mega can help its' offensive movepool potential. It should obviously have Shadow Tag, which would be very handy if you have a Competitive Gothitelle with you.)

I do feel that every Gym Leader/Elite Four/Major Character in ORAS should, at some point, use a Mega Evolved Pokemon based on their liking.

Wattson: Mega Magnezone
Flannery: Mega Torkoal
Norman: Mega Slaking
Winowna: Mega Drifblim
Tate and Liza: Mega Xatu
Wallace: Mega Milotic
