I can open the world to LAN, and I'd be happy to be the host if there is enough interest... I would say we need 4 people at the minimum to play.

I've been playing on a few Minecraft servers via Hamachi. It just require people to get the information requried to be a part of the group, and the owner to turn on the server (that's at least how I believe it is. I've never run a Hamachi server myself)

Yeah, same way as playing Redshark, as long as you are connected over hamachi you should be able to try one of few IP addresses and get it to work.
