I know its popular there, but idk if any of the ones that toped that these events ran it.

So Ultra Ball is now the dominant way to get Lightning Energy in the discard pile?

RE: Japan's Nationals

What Musharbna is that Accelgor deck running?? I'd think ND, but I'm probably wrong (Like usually)

RE: Japan's Nationals

IDK, some random Promo that they made in Japan that we don't know about... Seems like a fun deck to play.

I still can't believe Zekeels is still EVERYWHER! I'd have thought that dragons would be more popular than that...

RE: Japan's Nationals

I know, but I mean in just playing amounts... Seems like Zekeels is a good investment

RE: Japan's Nationals

I take it ZekEels sucks in BW-On because of the abundance of Terrakion EX either being paired with regular Terrakion or with other Pokemon like Empoleon and Mewtwo EX? Sure the deck isn't played a whole lot but how can you say that when it came in 3rd place at the Tournament?

Whatever happened to running Virizion EP with Eviolite or Shaymin EX for ZekEels to get around Terrakion and it's EX counterpart or even Groudon EX even though it's attacks are subpar compared to Terrakion EX. Oh that's right cause there's not very many popular Pokemon that are weak to Grass to make those tech's worth running in ZekEels.

So ZekEels is dead in BW-On then?

Why would you even need to ask something like that?

It top cut multiple times. This is a diverse format where a bunch of decks can thrive and the fact that it's getting into top a few times tells me it's far from dead. >_>

dmaster out.

Where can I find the Garchomp/Altaria deck list?

A post from the Pokegym has already revealed the Garchomp/Altaria deck list. You can view it here (the deck list right below the first one). As you can see, the list is bent on some major consistency.

EDIT: Ok, to make things convenient, I guess I'll just put the deck list here on this web site too since it is already known to the public.

4x Gible (Half Deck)
3x Gabite (Half Deck)
4x Garchomp (Dragon Blade)
3x Swablu
3x Altaria

Why rayquaza? he doesn't have any fire energy for the second attack

Because it's listed as rayquaza and not rayquaza EX, I can only assume that he's using it as a 120HP tyrouge

a single copy+40 damage w/blend energy could have produced several 1st turn donks vs gible/deino/swablu and tynamo, which seem to be the 4 major 'baby' pokemon (or at least the ones that will be catcher'd the most)

Competely neglected to posting this here, so here is the rest of the Spring Battle Carnival that I have compiled altogether which can be found at PokeGym.

The format we are about to be in is looking so healthy. I have been playing for 4 years, and I believe that BW-On is going to be the best format I have ever played in. Seriously, look how many different decks made top 16:
Hydreigon/Darkrai
Eelz
Dragons
Accelock
Ho-oh/Tornadus
Mewtwo/Terrakion
Empoleon/Terrakion
Darkrai/Mewtwo

And those are just rough categories, as none of the decks except like 2 or 3 ran the same techs.

This. ^

If Dragons Exalted is even remotely close to Japan's sets then it'll be one of the best sets we've had in awhile. Just look at how many things it brought to somewhat fight off basics. Tool Scrapper, Sigilyph, Bouffalant... Part of me wishes we had this set and format for Nats this year.
