I need help with something importent to me

Were you trying to put image tags around the link? It won't show up with a log in from you. Because of that, we don't really know what we're looking for. And, if I may ask, why is it at all important?
 
Just clarify things, this was a budweiser add during their 2009 add campaign on the comedy channel? Is that correct? I start looking. but you'll need to make your photo bucket publicly viewable so i know what to look for.

Shes my sister and she died awhile back. and we don't have any pictures of her other then when she was younger and we can't find the video.

First, the link is saying the album doesn't exist. Unless it's the top-left picture.

Second, by gosh, I'm very sorry. I was just really wondering why anyone would want to ask about finding a beer commercial in the Miscellaneous forum on a Pokémon site. Again, sorry.
 
Have you considered calling Bud? They might be able to help. Tell them your story and then just ask for the commercial. Probably your best shot.
