HP MP and EXP

lol I need to level up! only level 9 (well, at least I am not zombified I guess). Of course I didn't post this to gain EXP. points!!

Okay, I think I get it now... The more you post, the more EXP you get, then you advance to the next level... But I still don't get it about the HP, can someone please enlighten me??

I think that when you aren't very active or don't post much you lose hp and effort values and when you level up ( gain exp.points by posting) you regain some of the hp you lost previously
