Exclusive Maushold ex, Gholdengo ex, and Rika Secret Rares in Chinese “Bonus Turn” Set!

China's next Scarlet & Violet set will be named Bonus Turn and will release on July 18th. It will include cards from 2023's Obsidian Flames and Paradox Rift.

The set will feature new Special Illustration Rares for Rika and Maushold ex and a new gold version of Gholdengo ex. Like many Chinese cards lately, these are likely to remain Chinese-exclusive since the original cards are from older sets.

If I have to guess, it is because China missed out all those good years and TPC wants to value their Chinese audience. And we all know exclusive artworks are a huge chase.
