I am an avid Eeveelution collector and already have most of the cards, but there are some that have either eluded me, haven't gotten around to buying yet, or are just too expensive (mostly the latter).

Um...$10 for the Neo Umbreon? Assuming it's the holo one. I only have so much money on a college budget.

I'm just gonna be honest, I'm here to get cheaper prices than what's on Ebay. I can't afford their prices most of the time.

Well, how much are you looking to sell it for? I'm pretty lenient on the prices, I'll tell you if it's good for me or not.

Ok, how about this deal. I can pay you $180, but I'll have to pay you in smaller increments. Let's say I pay you $25 at fist, but then over an agreed time period, I pay you in $20 or more increments. This is as good as I can do on a college budget, I'm sorry. I really would love to pay below $200, because the lowest I've ever seen one of these go for on Ebay is $120, but if you don't want anything below $200 I understand. I actually bought one a long time ago for (don't know how) $80 from BrianJapan, but STUPIDLY sold it for $60 on Ebay because I needed some quick money...oh the bad decisions we make when we're young.

If we do this, I will also want to inform a moderator so they can keep track of this deal. This way, you won't be worried that I'll take the card and run, which I would never do.

Sorry I'm not in a hurry to liquidate the card and $180 is far below fair market value. Considering that you'll also be paying in installments I don't think that price is fair. With trophy cards their prices only go up with time. I do take payment plans however never ship merchandise until it has been fully paid for.

Nah, I think I'm going to invest in the Trophy Eevee, therefore will wait on the Espeons and Umbreons because if I invest in the Eevee I won't be able to buy anything else for a little bit. thanks though!

Has anyone here ever even seen a Scramble Eevee Promo? I've only seen promotional pictures of it so I was just wondering if anyone has ever seen it auctioned off or on a blog, anything really. Thanks guys!
