chat room problem

Currently, when I go to the chat room page, all I get to show up is a little white box in the middle of my screen. There's no pop-ups telling me to load the chat room, or anything. I've tried re-booting my computer. Has anybody else been having this problem? Is there anything I can do? Thanks for the help.
 
This is Java, correct? Do you have the latest updates and everything?

Yeah, latest updates and such, as far as I know. If It for some reason wasn't updated, would that explain why I can't get in?
 
I'm not sure at this point. I just know I don't have all of them lol.

^I don't have mIRC. My parents won't let me get it. (they're paranoid about chat rooms, I had to convince them to let me use this one.) I suppose I'll just have to hope it works tomorrow or something. >.>
