OK, I will admit, I was wrong with my rating and my review. I will bump it up to 5/10. It's useful in some situations, but very limiting.

Care to explain how it's useful then?

Useless, it might as well have the effect restated as "Your opponent takes a prize" instead. 1/10

Does the effect of Cobalion's Iron Breaker still lasts if the defending Pokemon is knocked out, For example, when Cobalion knocks out Reshiram with Iron Breaker and I bring out another Reshiram up, does the effect of Iron Breaker still works on the new Reshiram?

Computer Search might not have much effect on the metagame, but in Unlimited, it probably would, which is a good thing since this would help to loosen up some of Unlimited's broken trainer problems.
