I think shedinja will make for some good rogue decks. A possible 500 damage for one energy just can't be ignored by rogue players. Maybe it will even earn a spot on pooka's famous bad deck Mondays.

Its probably the name Gowan, not the "word" gowan. The name represents wealth and good fortune meaning the attack would translate to "wealth impact". And considering the cards side effect to discard both players cards it makes sense. Hope this helps.
