I've figured out the SR Pattern. Every SwSh set is missing an Ultra Rare from Its set (Lost Origin No Leaf Type V Regular). So No Fighting Type Will Be In This Set (I Could Be Wrong). 2 Pokemon With VSTAR/VMAX Get Alts While 2 Pokemon With Only A V Get An Alt As Well

Leaf Type V FA - 99/98
Omastar V FA - 100/98
Regieleki V FA - 101/98
Unown V FA - 102/98
Dark Type V FA - 103/98
Dark Type V Alt - 104/98
Metal Type V FA - 105/98
Metal Type V Alt - 106/98
Regidrago V FA - 107/98
Regidrago V Alt - 108/98
Lugia V FA - 109/98
Lugia V Alt - 110/98

No please let me have unown alt art

Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite - oh well, some uninspring attacks. 3/3/3
Omastar V - crap on everything. 2-3
Regieleki V/VMAX - Definitely a boost some L decks, if someone would make benefit on this. Actually, this and GO Zapdos along gives +40 on a Basic L Pokemon's attacks. 3/4
Regidrago V/VSTAR - The VStar Power is super consistent, ngl. Making Dragon-type VMAX/VSTAR giving more advantage like Rayquaza VMAX, as it uses Fire Energy like Drago. Although getting Fire energies is... not easy atm. You only get Magma Basin, and that's it. Mirage Gate is a thing, meaning Comfey LZ engine would be a thing in your deck. 3/4
Lance - Basically Winona, oh boy! 3
Relicanth - nah. 2
Anorith/Armaldo - stage 2, whatever. 2/3

Regidrago vstar seems very good kinda like mew vmax's attack except you can ultra ball away things like giratina vstar or dragonite v without even having to play them to use their attacks.

Omastar V's Ancient Guidance really needed to be an once-per-turn Ability for a single Fossil target. It would have made the Fossil bros so much better.

Regidrago VSTAR looks promising. There are a lot of funky attacks for it to copy, like Goodra VSTAR's Rolling Iron and Dialga EVS's Chrono Wind. Notably, in Expanded, it gains access to Dialga-GX's Timeless GX, White Kyurem-EX's White Inferno, and, perhaps most awesomely of all, M Rayquaza-EX's Dragon Ascent. As a Mewmew player I am definitely interested in this guy. Copying VSTAR Power attacks as well as GX attacks seems super busted.

I dont think Unown will get alt art because in the past 2 pokemon with a VSTAR/VMAX Get an alt while 2 Singular V get an alt as well. Unless they switch things up because Rotom V got a Alt but a VSTAR rotom was revealed seperate from Lost Abyss.

Omastar V
Can set up your fossil Pokémon. But you are giving up 2 prize cards and there doesn’t exist that good fossil Pokémons. Archeops is the only good one and that boi has lugia vstar. So it doesn’t make competitive sence. 1,5/5

Relicanth
Clearly has a niche, and nothing outclasses relicanth in that niche, but the format doesn’t posses the need for relicanth. 1/5

Regileki V
First attack is lowkey bust. We have seen it on zoroark V and it works very well with diancie. Second attack doesn’t do much damage but it gives you a defensive option for when you whiff vikavolt V or the vmax. Hp is quite low. 4/5 rating it as an evolving Pokémon.

Regileki Vmax
This will be top tier up to rotation. 2 of this guy out + choice belt and vikavolt hits for 140. Ohkoing palkia and 2hkoing Vstars while item lock. Ad an Energy and Vikavolt does 280 damage. Post rotation it will still be decent to power up the lightning attackers that shows up. Zeraora V could like this damage buff. Attack is decent and can use DTE but it wont replace pika vmax. Pika has immunity to basics and has another weakness than the same as arceus Vstar. 5/5 meta defining for 3 months with vikavolt

Anorith
We have evolving 1 prize Pokémons that hit for 150? We need to increase the HP of our stage 2 guys. 2/5

Armaldo
Just does nothing good 1/5

Dratini
Pre evolution. 70 is the expected HP, and no weakness is decent so a 40 for 1 attack doesn’t cheek you out. 2/5 decent pre evo

Dragonair
100 is an ”upgrade” but isn’t level ball searchable. We need to increase the average HP of our evolving Pokémons and at the same time, level ball. Dte attatchment gives you a crushing hammer attack, that is decent. 2/5?

Dragonite
The attack is great. Get 1 attack of and all you have to worry about is get the stage 2 guys up every turn. Problem is that you don’t ohko evolving V guys such as palkia V and tina V. So you will only 2hko 2 prizers while they ohko 1 prizers, and they will always get the first KO. Maybe it could become viable if we get a Dragonite ?? in the scarlet violet era. 1/5 stage 2 guys as a win condition is not viable

Regidrago V
220 HP without weakness is good. Don’t like 3 retreat cost for air ballon. First attack is risky. But even urshifu players have used on ocasion the opponent's Poké stop. And if you play this, then you will use the attack sometimes. Second attack is alward energy cost. Gardenia and arceus is probably your only friend. Or arceus Vstar. But the attack isn’t even particularly good. 2/5 pre evolution

Regidrago Vstar
We have already seen on tina Vstar and goodra Vstar how great it is to have 280 HP 2prize pokemon with no weaknes is. 3 retreat cost is not ideal. Ability might be worse than starbirth but this is still S tier StarPower. You can even pick cards from your discardpile you didn’t discard. Broken. It also can discard your dragon guys in a pinch for the attack.
The attack is very strong, but high maintence. I think the lost zone with leafeon is the best way to power this up. Or you could go with gardenia and arceus. But you will have acces to so many great attacks. 4/5

Lance
Wiona had shaymin ex and didn’t even see play. So Lance shouldn’t see play in vstar or basic focused decks. But stage 2 decks could use it. Altaria from evolving skies should love this. But I don’t know about a dragon guy that is strong enough to compete with sableye, cram and arceus.
3/5 I have no idea how much play it will see. But dragon decks with inteleon should probably play Arezu instead of Lance

2. Oh boy Regidrago VSTAR
this card is nuts firstly here are some attacks that I had in mind
1. Giratina VSTAR as your beat stick
2. Hisuian Goodra VSTAR if to force boss/ropes and to just be a flat wall
3. Garchomp V Sniper
And These Are Their are so many more and in expanded this guy is a monster
4. The New Dragonite so that every one has energy
how do you power him up

1. Lost Box Mirage Gate (plus cram/sableye combo)
2. Raihan then Dragonite
3. Arceus VSTAR (prob my least fav)
4. Thorton with cherrium + basin (the worst and the best at the same time)

And that VSTAR power

1. Boss for game
2. Early game discarding attacks
3. Top Stop Bricking

the V also isn’t bad
130 and snipe is pretty good low maintenance and the first attack comboing very nicely with guru (who combos with the VSTAR) to get more energy

Definitely will be at least teir 2
