Viridian Forest – Trainer Stadium Once during each player’s turn (before their attack), that player may discard a card from their hand. If they do, they may search their deck for a Basic Energy card, reveal it, and put it in their hand. Then, they shuffle their deck. This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card. Recycle Energy – Special Energy This card provides [C] Energy. If this card is put into your discard pile from play, return it to your hand. Weakness Guard Energy – Special Energy This card provides 1 [C] Energy. The Pokemon this card is attached to has no Weakness.
I think Nidoking and Nidoqueen would make an awesome tag team. Yeah, I know, Kanto again, but it's so fitting. Tho I'd like to see both Ninetales even more. There's still no Ninetales GX, while we have 2x Alolan. I love both, I need both >.<
Not any SM reprints in this set, we don't know if there will be any in Hidden Fates yet, although all indications suggest they will be mostly AA's.
About Pikachu, Riolu, and Murkrow, of course they'll throw the ones from the set that they're originated not promos. Anyways, any source sir @Water Pokémon Master so that I can confirm or someone doing pack openings now?
Blaine would be funny in mill decks, because your opponent would be forced to choose between letting you draw cards or essentially milling themselves down another 4 cards haha
Hahaha, yeah, make em pay persian would love it. I can't imagine this will be allowed on ptcgo... how would they possibly implement it? Also can you put down a baby pokemon and say "no attacks"?
So these are the SM-P Promos I caught: -Pikachu 291 -Dragonair 302 -Tinnitus Bell 304 -Litwick 312 (which is funny because it's a reprint of the other Litwick that is in the set) -Riolu 315 -Murkrow 316 -Blaine's Quiz Show 318 And these are from the Family Box: -Dhelmise -Fire Salandit/Salazzle -Mareanie/Toxapex -Bug Catcher Kind of weird they didn't save the Dwebble with Moltres in the background for Hidden Fates...
Not really. While there is some luck to it, it's mainly your opponent's decision. 4 cards isn't even exactly the best, and the opponent, granted they have at least 1 brain cell, can never get milled by this of affected by make em pay persian, as thhey can just purposely giess wrong.
Actually 4 cards with no drawback is decent, it beats hau, you don't have to shuffle, etc. Your opponent would most likely take the cards early on, so it could be a low key mill (along with oranguru for the same reason) before they see you are playing persian or alolan muk or rhydon or whatever junk deck trying to mill. Still no viable mill as far as I can tell though.
Psyduck & Slowpoke with Misty is going to be absolutely hilarious to play and 100% worth throwing it in a League Cup just to be able to say you did it lol
Everything up until the Rainbow Rare Pokemon is from an official list, as mentioned below. While the extra Murkrow, Riolu, Pikachu and Litwick aren't confirmed, there are very few unreleased promo cards featuring the 4 Pokemon, so it's very likely those cards are the ones from the set.
Curious, did you receive it through official channels, or is this a leak? It seems really early for the official channels list, but maybe they're trying to be a bit more on top of things?
