Starting December 1st and ending January 15th, Pokemon Platinum players will be able to download the Member Card through Wi-Fi. After obtaining the item from the Poke Mart’s delivery man, you can enter the Harbor Inn in Canalave City to be transported to Newmoon Island. Darkrai is waiting for you there at Level 50.
