Player Club Promos, Scan Poll

Gaahh, I had this whole update typed up and everything, and then I opened up AIM and it brought up that stupid “AIM Today” page, erasing everything I typed. I hate AIM. Everyone should use Trillian, or at least [download this cool AIM clean-up tool] that gets rid of all of the AIM ads and annoyances of it. Also, I am officially on Christmas / Winter Break right now, so prepare yourselves for a better PokeBeach by the end of it.

New Japanese Player Club Promos

Vincent has, once again, translated for us some new Japanese cards – this time being the new Player Club promos! Will these ever make it to America? Jirachi, Lugia, and Ho-Oh might, but I doubt that the _______’s Pokemon will ever leave Japan.

Jirachi ex – 70 HP (M)

[M] Dream: Search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Jirachi ex is now Asleep. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
[MC] Doom Desire: Discard all energy attached to Jirachi ex. At the end of your opponent’s next turn, if the same Defending Pokemon is still out, it is now Knocked Out.

Poke-Body: Wave Veil
As long as Lugia ex is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to Lugia ex by all Pokemon.

[P] Storm Reverse – 20: If Lugia ex has fewer energy attached to it then that of the Defending Pokemon, search your discard pile for 2 energy cards and attach them to Lugia ex.

Another Mew / Lucario OST

Today’s OST is titled “Mew – Emotion of Beginning 2.” I do not understand the translation or how this song could tie into the movie, but it kind of sounds like it could be the Mew theme for the movie, since all of the Mew songs on the soundtrack sound similar to this one.
