Lost Link is a 40-card mini-set that was released in Japan on April 16th. It is not Japan’s third LEGEND set – rather, it is a standalone, intermediary set. The set is themed after the Lost Zone TCG mechanic.

General Information

  • The mini-set has 40 cards and focuses on the Lost Zone. Cards which utilize the Lost Zone have a portal to it in their artwork.
  • Mew, Absol, Gengar, and Magnezone are the set’s four Pokemon Prime and each have attacks involving the Lost Zone.
  • Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND is the Legendary Pokemon of the set – as with the Legendary Pokemon of Revived Legends that are made from two different Pokemon, Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND have the EX rule: if they are Knocked Out, your opponent takes two prizes.
  • Each booster pack contains one holo, seven cards (instead of the usual eleven), and will cost 200 yen (instead of the usual 315 yen).
  • No Fire Pokemon are in the set at all, and other than the one Legendary Pokemon, there is only one Dark-type (Absol).
  • There are no Energy cards in the set, meaning the 40 cards are completely comprised of new Pokemon and Trainers.
