Right now I am needing a....Calm Soundproof Mr Mime with 31/x/31/25+/31/25+ and moves of Encore, BP calm Mind. Also just offer some pokemon and I might accept.

I could offer a UnEV Trained Quiet Dialga, with pretty good IVs.

I would love to have your Gligar (the first one). I have plenty of Pokemon to trade, although I haven't checked most of their IV's. I do have a shiny Crobat, shiny Pelipper, shiny Azumarill, and shiny Unown.
