quick question this zorua says you can search a zoroark from the deck and place it on zorua. some cards state this counts as evolution that pokemon this card does not.

does that mean i can use this attack on my first turn where evolution is not allowed

We do not issue rulings on cards that have not been released in English.

In future, ask a ruling on a question with a similar effect. (And include a card scan/spoilers that we can actually read in English.)

There have been multiple cards with an attack name "Ascension" in the past, however. In each case, you can use it on the first turn, because you are evolving a Pokemon by using an effect, instead of the normal way.
