Could you use Zoroark's Foul Play attack on an opposing Zoroark's Foul Play?

EDIT: I'm not sure if I should edit this post or make a new one but, if I use Foul Play on my opponent's active Garchomp C Lv.x and choose Dragon Rush, the next turn would I have too switch out Zoroark to use Dragon Rush again, or would my opponent or would I be able to do it again anyway, without the need to reset one of the Pokemon on the bench? I hope that made sense. Thanks.

Technically you could, but it wouldn't do anything and your turn would end.~Mark

Actually, you are allowed to do so, but all you do is pick one of the other Zoroark's attacks again.
Either way, because of this reason, you cannot pick Foul Play - you can only pick Nasty Plot. The reason for this is, if you pick Foul Play on the opposing Zoroark, it is considered stalling for time in a duel, which is a punishable offense.

For your edited question: Garchomp C's attack is self-referencing, so it really means "This Pokemon can't use Dragon Rush during your next turn." So you would have to switch Zoroark out and reset the effect to use it again. Also, it has no effect on your opponent's Garchomp C being able to use Dragon Rush or not.

To add on, you could choose another one of Garchomp C's attacks with Foul Play, just not Dragon Rush again.

dmaster out.
