I see. I honestly think that they are all only connected in sequences of Timelines. For example in AlttP you get a old and rusty MasterSword, now this is very possible because the MasterSword was built by Ancient Hyrulians,, if you don't believe me learn japanese then go and buy the CORRECTLY transalated copy of AlttP.
But this being said it does not mean the MasterSword was built in Master Manure's backyard a thousand years ago(probaly more ancient than ancient if they can build a sword to counter the Triforce of Power). So anyway if you plant a sword in some ones head and then leave it there for couple thousand years under the ocean it going to get a little rusty right? In my opinion i don't think AlttP and WW are connected, but hey i might aswell throw that out there if you are talking about 2D 3D connections.
