Ruling zekrom

Okay you used zekrom's bolt strike to knock out zekrom or the oppoent's active pokemon. So when there both knocked out who is the first one to choose what active pokemon to bring up the person with zekrom or the person with out zekrom.

As per the rulebook, if both Active Pokemon are Knocked Out at the same time, the person whose turn it is at that moment replaces second; the opponent replaces first. For example, if you controlled Zekrom and knocked you both out with Bolt Strike, your opponent promotes a Benched Pokemon first, and then you do.
