Consistency is Key

Heres my Zekrom Donk (or ZPS) list. Theres another Zekrom at my league that is supposedly better so I need some help making mine the better of the two. Thanks! (Number 2 of 8 of my HG/SS ON lists)

~Pokemon-10~
4 Zekrom
3 Pachirisu
3 Shaymin

~T/S/S-28~
4 Seeker
4 Prof. Oaks...
4 Dual Ball
4 Super Scoop Up
4 Plus Power
4 Pokemon Reversal/Catcher
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Pokemon Communication

~Energy-22~
20-{L} Energy
2 Rescue Energy

~Stategy~
Start with Zekrom active and Pachirisu and Shaymin in your hand.
Play Pachirisu and attach two Electric Energy using 'Self-Generation'.
Move the two energy to Zekrom using 'Celebration Wind' (Shaymin's PokePower). Normally attach an energy. Bolt Strike for 120 on turn 1.

My suggestion is take out the 2 rescue energy. You can either go the route of adding 1 unown dark and a darkness energy, or you can just add two more electric.

Thanks
Any suggestions what to take Communications out for, I don't think it works in here.

Agreed that Communication is unneeded. If you run 4 of each Pokemon, you won't even need to add search cards at all, to he honest, since it will be more consistent. Also, go for four Collectors and two Dual Balls, since Collector guarantees you three basics, but you need to flip for Dual Ball.

Sorry POKEVORTEX but I disagree with most things you said.(Though your probably right...)
If I use Collector it means I can't use Seeker, (and there hard to get.)

Ok then, if you say so. Didn't consider Seeker. Plus, I haven't even got the Pachis yet for my Zekrom donk, so I haven't has a chance to play it. I still think that you can do a lot better than Dual Ball.

I appreciate that, but surely there's a card like Luxury Ball for HS-on that guarantees you Pokemon and isn't a Supporter. Are there any?

I suggest:
-7 Electric energy - 18 Total Energy is more than enough
-2 PONT - You'll see
-1 Seeker - Unneeded

+2-2 Yanmega Prime - Tech to Donphan and a strong hitter
+3 Judge - Lets ^ Require no energy
+3 Rainbow Energy - For Yanmega

in my deck i run 19 lightning and 3 rainbow energies(for shaymin when needed)
also revives and rescue energys dont dont much for this deck, since u should win b4 all 4 of ur zekroms are out. also think about adding yanmega prime hes good counter vs rock and can help alot in many other situations

Thanks, Mr.Pokemon. Again i'll test.

@JayKam
I don't use revive and Rescue Energy helps you to swarm if you miss the Donk.
Otherwise thanks.

-10 Lightning
+2 Collector
+1 Unown UD ''Dark''
+1 Darkness Energy
+1 Tyrogue
+3 Cleffa
I didn't test out ZPS either but i know these changes are usefull.

You have way too many lighting energies in this deck. You should probably drop 10 or 8 (I run 12), since you don't need that many and you can have a lot of I/S/S like:
-Energy Retrieval (brings back the lost energies)
-Defender (free bolt strike)
-Revive (simple: you have only 4 main attackers. you NEED revives, since you don't have too much rescues and not having problems with Scizor Prime's Red Armor)
-Junk Arm...?

IMO, you should do these changes:
-8 Lighting Energies
-1 Dual Ball
+3 Energy Retrieval
+3 Revive
+1 Pokémon Communication (2 is a low number)
+2 Defender (I dunno, try another thing)

Also, you should try adding a 0 retreat cost pokémon, like Cleffa (just if you don't start with Zekrom).

Hope it helped.

You have way too many enrgies in your deck, as Zekrom and maybe Pachirisu will probably be the only Pokemon who will ever attack, so -8 Lightning energy. Also, -2 Seeker, as you have too many of those. But you might want a Yanmega tech, as he will counter Donchamp, so +2-2 Yanmega. But Yanmega Prime has Insight, which means he can do everything for free if you have the same amount of cards in your hand as your opponent does, so +3 Copycat and +3 Judge. And one final thing, -2 Pokemon Communicator, you won't need a full bench.

You do. I think a lot of Zekrom donk decks run 15-16 so they are less reliant on interviewer's questions, but 22 is a bit much, even for ZPS.
