GODZILLA said:Dark, muddy, algae covered, dead stump infested water, or even water I can't see the bottm of. I don't know why but it freaks the **** out of me... and I love the water based ecosystems and things related. ;f
P.S. A little random but it still applies. Those who are fraid of sharks due to the movie Jaws, Deep Blue Sea, etc... think again. Peter Benchley himself said that he would never... never have written that book if he had known the true nature of sharks. He has acknowledged that he feels guilt for creating the stereotypical view that sharks are going to pull you under and rip you apart if you swim out in the water. Even scientists admit that Jaws has made it harder (and almost impossible) to sway people's minds towards sharks. Sharks are dangerous but nearly all "attacks" (they're not actual attacks really) are just bites out of curiosity. Humans also aren't suppost to be in the ocean so that just adds to the risk.
So, with that being said, don't give in to the stereotype. Realize that Jaws in an extreme, over-dramatized horror film.
P.P.S. I watched a program on this on Nightline so I decided to post this because it's relevant to the topic. :F
