water pokemon

what's a good basic water pokemon that doesn't take a long time to energize and it can deal good damage?

Not to mini-mod, but this should be in the "Is There a Card That does _____ Thread".

Kyurem from Noble Victories is pretty good, but it takes a little bit of time to attach to. If you just want quick, but kind of small damage though, Basculin EP all the way.

Kyurem with Electrode doesn't take a long time to setup if you pull off a good boom.
